We understand that circumstances change. To ensure we can serve all our patients effectively, we ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Notice. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to another patient.
Missed appointments. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Program fees already paid are handled according to the terms discussed at the time of enrolment. Please contact us with any billing questions.
